At Next Level Training Strategies, we believe growth should be practical, purposeful, and personal.
After spending more than 25 years in corporate training and over 12 years in leadership roles — including serving as Executive Director over Learning and Development Operations at CVS Health — I saw firsthand what works, what doesn’t, and what truly equips people for success.
I founded Next Level Training Strategies to help others shorten their growth curve by offering practical frameworks, coaching, and tools grounded in real-world experience. Through the
Performance First™ model and Maxwell Leadership coaching, my goal is simple:
Equip others to succeed and lead with clarity, integrity, and purpose.

Corporate Training: 25+ years managing instructional design, operations, standards, and outcomes for global teams serving over 300,000 employees.
Leadership: 12+ years leading teams ranging from 3 to 125+ across all management levels, from first-time manager to executive leader.
Faith-Based Teaching: 20+ years teaching Bible studies, leading ministries, and supporting church growth through training, retreats, and leadership development.

Rooted in my passion for God's Word and a lifetime of Christian service, Servants in Bloom™ provides consulting and training support for churches and Christian ministries. Our goal is to equip volunteers and staff to grow, serve, and flourish in their unique, God-designed paths.

When I'm not designing training programs, coaching leaders, or teaching Bible studies, you'll often find me enjoying a quiet cup of tea — usually with one of my cats making a cameo appearance during Zoom meetings.
At the heart of it all, I simply love helping others grow into the people God designed them to be — whether that's in the corporate world, on the leadership journey, or within the Body of Christ.
